 "Stories of Light" Campaign
December 1 - 19, 2008

Time and Temp Building during Stories of Light People who tuned to 107.5 Frank FM and News 8 WMTW last December learned a great deal about the power of a wish. We will be partnering again with these two media outlets to share the stories of a dozen Maine wish children during our three-week Stories Of Light campaign. Last year, we set a new record of over $84,000 raised in the fourth year of this effort, providing 8% of our overall funding for the year. We are hoping to break this record again in 2008!

The fourteen-story Time & Temperature Building in Portland (home of our Portland Make-A-Wish office) serves as a visual campaign thermometer, with an illuminated Make-A-Wish logo on the façade of the building marking progress toward our goal of funding fourteen wishes.

If you would like more information about this holiday campaign or if you (or your business) would like to donate or sponsor a "story," please call 1-800-491-3171.
